Our minimum engagement is typically AED 50,000 for a scoped project. This allows us to dedicate sufficient senior-level attention and deliver work to the quality standard our clients expect. For smaller requirements, we offer a discovery and architecture consulting package that helps you define and scope before committing to development investment.

Every client receives a dedicated project manager as their primary point of contact. We use a shared project management tool (typically Jira or Azure DevOps) with real-time visibility into progress, risks, and decisions. Weekly written status reports are standard, with fortnightly or weekly video calls. For critical milestones, we organise structured review sessions with demos and stakeholder sign-off.
